If you are not satisfied, we want to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our return policy below. Size Chart

We carry clothes from many different brands. Please note that the measurements listed in the size chart are meant as a guideline for fit. Styles from different designers can vary from one style to another, so please read the product description for any additional tips. Most of our items run true to size unless noted in the description.

Small 0-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12, XL 14-16, 2X 18-20, 3X 20-22

Return Guidelines

  • We will provide store credit only on returns received within 7 days from the date your order was delivered, with the exception of items categorized as Sale. Sale and clearance items may not be returned for refund or store credit.
  • If you believe you have received damaged or defective items, you must email us at barndoorchicboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, have washed it or worn it. We do our very best to display accurate colors and patterns, therefore, items with slight variances in pattern will not be considered defective as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement.
  • Refunds are issued as a store credit.
  • Returned items must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item leaves our store with tags on it, the item must be returned with those same, original tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Jewelry, sunglasses and hats may be returned if they are in new condition. Jewelry, sunglass and hats are not returnable if they are in the sale section.
  • Gift Cards, intimates, bras/bralettes, camisoles, slips, tights/leggings, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • If items are returned to us appearing worn, smelling of cigarette smoke, with pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains those items will be shipped back to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Original shipping is not refundable

How Do I Make A Return?

We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your returns and that you keep your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Barn Door Boutique is not responsible for damaged or missing packages that are lost in transit.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

USPS: $7.00 return shipping cost
If you choose not to have your order redelivered, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the items, however, the original shipping cost as well as any undeliverable package costs we are charged from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Can I return items from different orders?

Definitely! To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

Order Processing

Orders are quickly processed and are sent from our location in South Dakota within 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise in your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

What is the status of my order?

You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. From there, sign in to your account to view your order status and history.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. From there, sign in to your account to view your order.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

U.S. Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail on all U.S. orders. These orders will be delivered by your USPS Postal Carrier. Please allow 2-5 days, Saturdays included, for your package to arrive as this is the typical time frame for this shipping method.

Billing Address

Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.
